Any issues in Europe Please contact Torsten. He has full authority of Chadde and the RBKC to make decisions in any European RBKC Issues.

All RBKC registration forms must be sent to Torsten Sonn for review and approval. Torsten will then mail the forms to Thomas Johnson , RBKC Registry Clerk for processing. Thomas will then mail the forms/certificates back to Torsten for distribution to the appropriate people.
